The TAP® ( Thorton Adjustable Positioner ) is an oral bimaxillar device formed by 2 termoplastic plates with reduced thickness, connected to each other by a device positioned on the frontal part, that allows the regulation of the jaw position with a regulation screw.

It's an appliance indicated for the treatment of  snoring and sleep apneas.

During sleep the breathing channels tightens due to the relax of the jaw and the tongue that move towards the inside the TAP® splint keeps the jaw in an outer position preventing that relax movement and keeping the breathing channels wide open.

Our laboratory is now certified for the construction of this device.
